1 Introduction & Eligibility
Xbazee (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the xbazee website, mobile app, and all related services.
By registering on xbazee or using the platform, you confirm that:
- You must be at least 18 Years Or the minimum legal age permitted in your country.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and entirely of your own accord.
- You have read and agreed to all the terms set out in these Terms.
- Online betting is legally permitted from your location.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using xbazee.
2 Account Registration & Usage
To ensure fair participation, the following account rules are mandatory:
- One Account: Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
- Factual Information: During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing incorrect information will prevent your account from being verified.
- Password Security: Keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
- Verification (KYC): Identity verification is required for withdrawals and large transactions. A copy of your national ID or passport must be submitted.
- Account Transfers Prohibited: Selling, gifting, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts for Minors: Opening an account for anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. xbazee reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.
Xbazee reserves the right to reject any account registration at its sole discretion.
3 Betting Rules
The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on xbazee. Please review all odds and conditions carefully before confirming any bet.
- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please double-check all details before placing your bet.
- Minimum & Maximum Bet: Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each event and are clearly displayed on the platform.
- Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final.
- Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, stakes for that bet will be refunded. For partial events, xbazee will make a decision in accordance with its own policy.
- Fraudulent Betting: Any betting involving match fixing, the use of bots, or other dishonest methods will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of all winnings.
- System Error: xbazee reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of xbazee betting rules, the decision of xbazee shall be final.
4 Payments & Withdrawals
All payment and withdrawal activities on xbazee are governed by the following rules:
- Deposit Method: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit is BDT 100.
- Withdrawal Timeframe: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Pending KYC verification may cause delays.
- Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit. A different withdrawal method may require additional verification.
- Currency: xbazee processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not supported.
- Bank Transfer: Bank transfer may apply for large withdrawal amounts and may require additional processing time.
- Suspicious Transactions: If money laundering or any other financial crime is suspected, xbazee is obligated to suspend the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.
- Incorrect Payment: If funds are credited to your account in error, you are required to return them. xbazee reserves the right to deduct the erroneous amount directly from your account.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Xbazee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed:
- Welcome Bonus: New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Full details on the bonus amount and conditions are available on the Promotions page.
- Wagering Requirements: To withdraw any bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 10–30 times.
- Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account closure, and all bonuses along with any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Bonuses Across Multiple Accounts: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as fraud.
- Bonus Changes: xbazee reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Responsible Gaming
Xbazee is firmly committed to responsible gaming. To ensure entertainment never becomes a problem, we have put in place the following tools and policies:
- Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.
- Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently close your account at any time. No promotional communications will be sent during an active self-exclusion period.
- Reality Check: Automatic reminders will appear at regular intervals so you always know how long you've been playing.
- Minor Protection: If your device is accessible to children, please use parental control software. xbazee strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 18.

8 Account Closure & Suspension
Xbazee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account under any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Registering with false or inaccurate information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
- Legal grounds or directive from a regulatory authority.
If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, xbazee will make reasonable efforts to return the funds within a reasonable timeframe. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity.
9 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the process below:
- Step One: Contact our support team directly. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
- Step Two: If your issue remains unresolved, please submit a written complaint. Our team will provide a detailed response within 7 business days.
- Final Decision: All decisions made by xbazee are final.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xbazee is registered.
10 Policy on Rule Changes
Xbazee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
- Updates will be posted on the Terms page, along with the date the changes take effect.
- For major changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
